Oxford Community Television (OCTV) is a nonprofit organization that seeks to enhance communications and networking in the Oxford area. OCTV promotes the utilization of public service access channels on the Charter Communications cable television system by assisting in the promotion and development of local programming by and for various ethnic, religious, educational, governmental, professional, cultural and other citizen groups.
